Does it contain both a ground spike as well as a deck mount option?  I need to stick mine in the ground. Does it contain both a ground spike as well as a deck mount option? I need to stick mine in the ground.
The jumbo gauge does not include a ground spike. You have to mount it to a stake. The Original EZ Read Rain Gauge, item 89062 includes a mount for a deck and a spike.


On this rain gauge, is there an opening on the bottom to let rain out after it\'s rained? or does it need to be removed from ground/deck to be emptied out? Thanks! The collected rain water will need to be dumped out from the top of the rain gauge. There is no opening on the bottom.
